At the beginning of the therapy, I conduct an initial interview with you, which is referred to as an anamnesis. During this, I get to know you personally and gain a first impression of your complaints. I develop initial hypotheses regarding the causes, and together, we establish a therapy goal.

Following that, I perform a comprehensive examination of the body, including various active and passive motion tests, as well as manual tissue assessment. The primary objective of this examination is to identify any functional disorders in the body that may be related to your complaints.

In the next step, the treatment phase begins, where I integrate concepts and techniques from sports physiotherapy and osteopathy into the therapy.

It’s important to me that the therapy is tailored individually to each client. I take into account your specific life situation, hobbies, or athletic activities and make an effort to align the therapy accordingly.
